Please check your order on receipt and notify us as soon as possible with any discrepancies. If you fail to return hire items on the due date a daily hire charge will be incurred. You are responsible for the safe keeping of hired items. Most customers choose to use our washing up service which is applicable to the majority of our hired tableware and catering equipment. This excludes our hired tableware linen.

Please return cloths and napkins unwashed, as laundry is included in the hire charge. Make sure all linen is kept dry. Mildew can occur of left wet which cannot be removed.

Please note that the cost is for a 3 day hire and is payable on collection/delivery. You will be responsible for all breakages/damage to linen and other items.

May be made by cash ,cheque or electronic payments directly into bank account. Sufficient time must be allowed for cheques to clear with the bank system before delivery.

A 10% deposit is payable at the time of booking. This will be subject to a £30 minimum. This deposit is classed as a booking deposit, then on payment of the hire invoice, this same deposit will be classed as the replacement/breakage/loss deposit which will be refunded after the equipment has been returned and checked by us.

If you cancel within 30 days of the event hire commencement the deposit will not be refunded.

It is the hirer who is responsible for making sure all the equipment is ready for collection and that all equipment is returned to us/our driver. Additional charges will be due if extra trips have to be made to collect equipment that was missed. Goods not returned on the due date will be charged x 1.5 the daily hire rate per day.
